Abstract Submission

Instructions

1. Deadline to submit abstracts

   • February 1st, 2024 to May 15th, 2024

2. Confirmation of Abstract Submissions

   • Ensure that you receive an email confirmation for all abstract submissions. If you've submitted an abstract and haven't received confirmation via email, please don't hesitate to contact us (ime15@campus.fct.unl.pt)

3. Template

   Abstracts should be prepared using this template (one page max), and submitted through the Participant Area.

   You can access this platform after Registration.

4. Abstract Review Process

   • Our Scientific Committee carefully evaluates all submitted abstracts. Authors will be informed of the committee's decision by May 24, 2024

5. Presenter Registration Requirement

   • The author presenting each abstract must be registered for the conference. Authors can present one submission and also be co-authors for others. Abstracts without registration for the main author won't be featured in conference presentations or included in the abstracts book.
